Lori Lee provides Yoga that is for all levels and abilities. She understands how to adjust poses/stretches according to your physical abilities. I have had a double knee replacement and can no longer kneel on my knees without it being painful. Lori showed me alternative ways to perform the poses that I am not able to do. She keeps class sizes small so that she can work with each participant and address their needs, making it an enjoyable experience.
